150-Mile and 75-Mile Trail Runs
Pickens, SC
There's a trail that cuts through the wildest corners of the Carolinas — and we're daring you to run every mile of it. The Foothills 150 and Foothills 75 are fully supported ultramarathons on the legendary Foothills Trail, straddling the North and South Carolina border. Starting and finishing at Table Rock State Park, the course runs the trail's full length out to Oconee State Park and back — 150 miles of rugged, non-stop backcountry running through the Blue Ridge foothills. Presented by Warrior Ultras, runners are supported by 8 aid stations along the way, with the Foothills 75 offering the same iconic terrain at a shorter distance for those ready to take on their first taste of the Foothills. A percentage of proceeds from every entry goes to support the Foothills Trail Conservancy, helping preserve the very trail you're running on.

DETAILS
Check-in for all runners takes place at Table Rock State Park, where runners will park and receive their bib numbers and GPS trackers before the start. The Foothills 150 begins at Table Rock State Park, running the entire length of the Foothills Trail to Oconee State Park and back. Foothills 75 runners will be bussed to Oconee State Park, where their race begins, following the trail back to the finish at Table Rock State Park. Cut-off times are 55 hours for the Foothills 150 and 30 hours for the Foothills 75.
All runners must carry the required mandatory safety gear throughout the event, along with a cell phone, GPS tracker, and their event bib number, and are required to check in at each aid station along the course. Pacers are permitted only in the Foothills 150, starting at the turnaround point at Oconee State Park. Any runner who withdraws must do so at one of the designated transition areas with race staff present, turning in their GPS tracker at that time; race staff will be notified immediately of any runner withdrawal. At the conclusion of the event, all runners are required to check out with race staff and return their trackers.
The Foothills Trail passes through shared public land, and all runners, volunteers, and staff are required to follow Leave No Trace protocol throughout the event.
Camping is available at the Table Rock State Park campground — spots book up quickly, so runners are encouraged to reserve early. Van, car, and RV camping is not permitted in the Table Rock parking lot.

Each runner must print and sign this waiver and bring it to the check-in.
