


VOLUNTEERING
Each event runs on the hard work and dedication of our volunteers — we treat them like family and deeply appreciate every hour they give on the course. Volunteering is fun and rewarding, and gives you the satisfaction of helping racers reach their goal on race day. Many future racers get their start by volunteering, getting a firsthand look at what it takes to do something this extreme. Volunteers receive a complimentary race day t-shirt, access to our pre-race events, meals, and discounts toward future Warrior Racing events. Come be part of the experience! Races like Sea to Sea and Across Florida 200 have over 10 on-course aid stations, so we need plenty of volunteer support.

Areas We Will Need Support

Flagging the Course – Help flag and mark the course before race day. (Full day)

Check-in and Packet Pickup – Help check in racers the day before and on race morning. (During check-in times)

Aid Station Volunteers – Help set up, work, and break down aid stations. (Half and full days)

Aid Station Captains – Manage an entire aid station. (Full days)

Aid Station Runners – Drive supplies between aid stations and to the store as needed. (Half and full days)

Cooks – Cook simple meals for racers during the event. (Half and full days)

Communications – Work at race headquarters tracking team data. (Full days)

Medical – Mobile EMTs available throughout the race. (Full days)

Shuttle Drivers – Drive a passenger van from the parking area to the start location. (Half and full days)

Penske Truck Drivers – Drive a 26ft Penske truck, moving supplies between transition areas and aid stations. (Full days)

Course Sweepers – Hike behind the last runner, collecting flagging and ensuring their safety. (Full days)

Post-Race Clean-up – Break down the start/finish location after the race ends. (Half-day)
Aid Stations Logistics

Aid station volunteers will be provided with a detailed guide, including directions and GPS coordinates, to help you get to your respective locations.

You will need a good understanding of the area and the course flow.

Have a reliable vehicle (no 4x4 required) and use the gas card to fill up.

Parking at some aid stations is limited, so please arrange to carpool with your aid station team members.

All aid stations on the course are easily accessible to most types of vehicles.

A communications team member and/or device will be present at every aid station location.
