DETAILS

The race begins at the west end of the Withlacoochee Bay Trail at the pavilion. From there, you’ll follow 12 miles of trail to the Lake Rousseau Dam & Recreational Area. Next comes 20 miles of power-line trails along Lake Rousseau before joining the Florida Trail south of Dunnellon. You’ll then cover 50 beautiful miles through the Cross Florida Greenway. After passing south of Silver Springs and the edge of the Ocala National Forest, you’ll take 20 miles of dirt roads to reconnect with the Florida Trail, continuing north for 60 scenic miles through the rolling hills of the Ocala National Forest.

In Palatka, you’ll face one of the toughest sections: 20 miles of the new Rails-to-Trails route to St. Augustine, followed by 10 miles of road to finish at the St. Augustine Beach Pier.

Registered runners will receive GPX files, detailed maps of each section, and information on all 14 aid station locations for crew support.
